System Announcements (Manage)
Overview
When the option to manage the System Announcements the list of all available Items will be listed. From the list, you can see the Title, whether the Item is published, when the last notification was and the date when it was updated.
CONTENT
Additionally, you may click on the Edit button which will open the Edit News Item from where you can change Title, whether the News should be published on the Dashboard and if you want to send out a system notifcation.
Filtering
You can also filter the list by the same mentioned criteria: typing the Title or filter by published, unpublished ot all News Items.
Options
The actions that can be performed on a News Item by clicking on the Settings Button in front of the Title column are Copy and Delete. Copy will Copy the News Item by adding (Copy) at the end of the Name. Delete is for Deleting the News Item.
Create new News Item
By clicking on + Add News Item button the Add News Window is opened. Here, the Title and Text are mandatory and Save button is enabled after these fields are filled in.
