Share Storyboard
Storyboards can be shared using the panel at in the maintain storyboards section. Follow these steps to share a storyboard with a user in the CXO-Cockpit application.
1. Go to Maintain Storyboard menu:
2. Select the "Share" button:
3. From the "ADD USER" dropdown, select the users that needs access to the storyboard:
4. Decide what role the user need:

| 1 | Viewer - can view the storyboard but not edit |
| 2 | Editor - can edit the storyboard but not delete nor share |
| 3 | Owner - can perform any action on the storyboard |
