Pick List

Introduction

A pick list is a list building block that can be to file item selectors. Item selectors appear on many reports and can contain calculated items as well.

Example:

Depending on the list dimension chosen for a specific list, the first column(s) will be the dimension(s) which is chosen for each item. In the example above, that is the Account dimension.

Variance Threshold

Threshold value for the Variance (e.g., Actual vs. Budget). If the Variance is less than this Threshold, then a neutral variance colour is used (Orange). Otherwise Red (indicating an unfavourable variance) or Green (favourable variance) is used. Use e.g. -200;300 for an absolute threshold or -10%;20% for a relative threshold.Empty, Populated
