Introduction

CXO-View Functionality gives the opportunity to send a view of a Storyboard to anyone within the company network, even those that are not users within the CXO-Cockpit application. So instead of a printed version of your Storyboard, you can send a fully functioning Storyboard with a predefined Point of View. The only restrictions are that the recipient of a View cannot change the POV and cannot navigate to a report that is not included in the Storyboard.

Follow these steps to Create a CXO-View.

1. Open Maintain Storyboard menu

2. Select Create view

3. Before the Storyboard starts you can fix any POV dimension used in the Storyboard. Read more about this in the /wiki/spaces/CXO53/pages/19726760 article

4. Create Storyboard as View. After you click Create, you can either copy the generated URL into your Browser or send the URL by email.
