At the right side of the screen, you may see the all the details of the User that you will select. Additionally, here, you may click on the Edit button which will open the Edit User Screen from where you can change the Main Settings, Permissions, POV Filters and Reports Settings of the User.

Set Password

This option is for changing the password of the user which is selected at that moment. By clicking on Set Passowrd, the Change Password for User Window will be opened. Here the new password should be inserted twice: In the Password and Confirm Password field.

Filtering

You can also filter the list by typing the Username, Full Name, Email, Location and whther the option of Change Password is selected, not or both cases.

Options

The action that can be performed on a User by clicking on the Settings button in front of the Username column is  Delete.

Create new User

By clicking on the + New User button, you will open the New User Window. Here, the Username and Password are mandatory fields. The other settings are devided into four categories: Main, Permisiion, POV Filters and Reports.

Main

Main User Attributes are: Username, Full Name, Email, Location, Password, whether Must Change Password and in which User Groups does the User belong.

Permissions

Here, you can select the permissions that the new user should have. Select the Show Inherited permissions if you want to see the permisssions that the User will inherit from the User Groups selected in Main Settings.

POV Filters

The POV Security filters allow you to filter the dimension members that are shown in the POV bar. With this functionality users can be restricted to see only their own entity, product group, cost center, etc. POV Security filters are assigned to Users and User Groups. Read more in the POV Security filters article. Select the Show Inherited POV limitataions to se the POV filters Inherited by the Groups. To Add a new Filter, you should click on + New POV Filter Button. Drag&Drop, within a dimension, to change the order in which the options will be presented to users inside the filter's combo-box.

Reports

Here, you can set which from the reports will be the home report for the user and select which from the reports will be avaliable for the user to see. If you click on Show Inherited access to reports, you will be able to also see the access to reports that the user will inherit from the User Group added in the Main settings.
