This template is specifically developed as a starting page for the application. The Home Page will represent the entry point of the CXO-Cockpit and will give the end-user a quick overview how the company is performing against it's most important KPI’s.

It is also possible to create a user defined Home Page using a Free Format Template or any other Standard Template.

Specific Home Pages can be built and assigned to a specific User Group, so that the User Groups can have a different starting page according to their requirements.  The Home Report (Home Page) for each User is assigned within the User Group that they belong to, see Maintain User Group.

What is shown on the Home Page?

  1. This represents a list of KPI’s or Accounts from your company. This can be any KPI or Account that is available in the underlying Source system. More derived KPI’s can be created. The KPI’s are interactive, which means the user can drill down on them for further detail on Periodic and YTD basis. In the example above you see that EBITDA is highlighted and the shown in detail per Entity in the chart below.
  2. You can view the KPI’s from an Actual perspective in the first column.
  3. You can also view the KPI’s from a Forecast perspective. In this column we can represent any category that has been defined in the underlying Source system. For instance comparison with budget, previous forecast, last year actuals etc. are all possible within this pick list.
  4. In the graph the bullets represent forecast figures, the bars represent actual data, where the signal color green represents the fact that actual figures are above forecast and red is below forecast, which of course depends whether you are looking at costs or for instance revenue.
  5. The selected row (in this case EBITDA) can be viewed by Entity, but also by other dimensions like Product, Customer, etc. that are defined in the underlying Source system.
  6. Recent News can be seen in this section.
