This template is used for building reports for displaying to display the best and worst performers for two separate accounts Accounts or KPI’s. Operating expenses Expenses and direct costs Direct Costs is a good example of an account Account combination:

What is displayed in this example?

  1. The two rankings in the top of the screen show the top and bottom 6 entities Products for an accountAccount, in this case operating expensesNet Sales. The account Account can be changed by clicking on the pick list next to list (1A). By clicking on one of the bars, the entity Product for the bar charts on the right is changed.
  2. The two rankings in the bottom of the screen show the top and bottom 6 entities Products for an accountAccount. The accounts that the user can choose from (2A) are based on an account list which has Direct Costs Gross Margin as a starting account.
  3. The number of entities Products in the ranking can be changed with this button.
  4. To switch between base members and direct members Base Members and Direct Members use this button.
  5. With this button the user can choose to display the Actual, Budget, Variance or Variance % ranking. In this case  Variance is displayed.
  6. The top right bar chart shows the trend of the selected account (1A) and entity in two categories for the current and previous 5 months. The selected entity on opening of the report is the entity in the POV. But you can change the entity by clicking on one of the entities in the ranking.
  7. The bar chart in the bottom right shows the trend of the selected account (2A) and entity in two categories for the current and previous six months. The selected entity on opening of the report is the entity in the POV. The entity can be changed by clicking on one of the entities in the ranking.
