List Attributes

Basic Attributes

List Attribute

Default

Description

Empty

No

Empty tree members are not shown on the value tree.

Visible

Yes

By setting this attribute to no, the tree member will be hidden. Hiding a tree member can be useful for a calculation step in a formula.

Custom Description

Empty

The custom description overrides the default generated name. You can use either a fixed text or a Dynamic Label Expression

Formula

Empty

By specifying a formula this tree member will be calculated.

Format

Default Format

The /wiki/spaces/CXO60/pages/43811292 will specify the look and feel of the tree member.

X Coordinate

0

The X coordinate defines the position of the tree member on the X Axis, see screenshot for the X positions.

Y Coordinate

0

The Y coordinate defines the position of the tree member on the Y Axis, see screenshot for the Y positions.

Unary Operator

+

The unary operator defines the symbol (See screenshot) in front of each tree member, the options are: +, -, /, *

Parent Item

Empty

Select a /wiki/spaces/CXO60/pages/43811337 so that the tree member is be connected with a line to the parent tree member.

Order

Max + 1

Use the order attribute to reorder the rows.

Advanced Attributes

Description

Header Format

Default Format

The /wiki/spaces/CXO60/pages/43811292 will specify the look and feel of the tree member header.

Reverse Valuation

No

When this attribute is set to yes, the Valuation will be reversed. This means negative becomes positive and the other way around. Changing the valuation will influence the variance coloring.

Reverse Sign

No

When this attribute is set to yes, the sign will be flipped.

Variance Threshold

Empty

Threshold value for the Variance (e.g., Actual vs. Budget). If the Variance is less than this Threshold, then a neutral variance color is used (Orange). Otherwise Red (indicating an unfavorable variance) or Green (favorable variance) is used. Use e.g. -200;300 for an absolute threshold or -10%;20% for a relative threshold.

Redirect Report Name

Empty

Use this field to select one of the existing reports that will be available trough a hyperlink.

Note: When you redirect to a report of type Multi-Column and that report has the same Value Tree List as an Item Selector, the Multi-Column report will automatically select the tree member where it was redirected from.
