Clicking on it a new report (copy of the selected report) will be automatically created and opened to be edited. The new report will be configured as Free Format Report (i.e. its layout can be edited without impact on any other report / template). Delete Template

The function is available only to Report Admin and appears clicking on the gear associated to a Free Format Template which have no associated Report. The function can appear only in 'Reports by Template' Tab. Clicking on it a confirmation popup will appear asking confirmation in order to delete the template. It can happen that even if a Free Format Template appears not to have associated reports in the Reports by Template Tab, the delete function do not appear as there are unpublished reports using the template. In this case the administrator needs first to delete the associated unpublished reports, from Unpublished Tab, and then select again Reports by Template Tab in order to delete the template.
