Comments Improvements

Switch between children and base in subsidiary comments

Next to displaying Subsidiary comments, it is now possible to display base member comments.

Base member comments can now also be copied directly to POV comments.

Security Improvement - Disable narrative attachments in the comments window

From version 5.0.4 onwards narrative attachments can be disabled. Users will not be able to upload attachments.
