View News Items

On the Home Page there is a news area where latest news items related to CXO-Cockpit can be stored.

Maintain News Items

In the Design Studio there is a 'News Item' button on the 'Other Ribbon'. By pressing this button the News maintenance screen opens. In this screen news items can be added, updated and removed.

News Fields

Field	Description
Short Description	This will be the news title
News Contents	This field contains the contents of the news item
Release	When this field is checked the news item becomes visible
Order	Order of the news item, the highest order will be displayed at the top
Date	This field is automatically filled when creating a news item
