Precision

Defines the number of decimals used for presenting the number. The available options are 0 - 10. Similar to the Scale setting, the precision setting is the default for all data in the report, but can be overruled by a specific (not -1) precision in the Lists used within a report (determined by the Format).

For the Report Default option, the precision will be as the setting in the Report Parameters.

The Precision window can be accessed by following the steps below:

1. On the Report Administration ribbon, click the Maintain Formats button;
2. This will open the Maintain Formats window on which you should locate the format you wish to change;
3. The Precision window will be opened by clicking on the "precision" cell for the selected format.
