A CXO-Cockpit bookmark is a snapshot of a report. Bookmarks can be used for the following cases:

• Storyboard: bookmarks are the building blocks for storyboards
• Private usage: use a bookmark to easily reopen a report and write personal notes
• Communication: email a bookmark to another CXO-Cockpit user, ask questions or share thoughts
  
  

Part of a bookmarked report will be refreshed when opening, other parts will be static.

Static parts

• Any selections made in the Point of View Bar
• Any selections made in dropdown lists
• Any drill down selections
• Any active line selections
• Bookmark comments

• The data (numbers)
• Hierarchies and structures
• Contents of Lists
• The appearance of a report
