Access of the Light User
The Light User can login to CXO. The page "My Storyboards" with a list of shared storyboards will open. However, the access to the report menu is restricted for the logged on Light User. The Light User can only play shared storyboards. All the POV dimensions are frozen, except the Year and Period dimension can be adjusted by the Light User. The Ligth User has the option to edit Page Notes and POV Comments in a storyboard . The Light User can also and start and participate in conversations.
The Light User can have access to multiple entities set by the admin in POV Filters, however the entity dimension cannot be adjusted in the POV when playing a storyboard.See below the different entity filters for a light user:

In case the selected entity does not belong to the structure given access to via the POV filter the first entity where the light user has rights to will be shown and cannot be changed by the light user. The year and the period can be selected by the Light User. | Two entities with all its descendants | The storyboard will play the report on the entity that was selected when the report was added to the storyboard. In case the selected entity does not belong to the structure given access to via the POV filter the first entity where the light user has rights to will be shown and cannot be changed by the light user. The year and the period can be selected in the POV filter for the Light User is used in the report and cannot be adjusted by the Light User.
