titleMy print job does not get processed or fails, what did I do wrong?

Print jobs are processed asynchronously by the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server". When your print job does not get processed it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is not operational. When a print job fails it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is configured incorrectly.

In both cases contact the Captain.

titleWhy can I not change the contents of my StoryBoard?

If one of the following occurs:

  • I try to create a new bookmark and add it to a StoryBoard, but I do not see the StoryBoard in the list.
  • I want to change the order of StoryBoard items, but I do not see the Edit button on the selected StoryBoard item.
  • I want to change the name or print orientation, but I do not see the Edit button on the selected StoryBoard item.

you are probably not the owner of the Storyboard.

Use the Copy Storyboard functionality to create a copy that you own. After copying you become the owner and can change the StoryBoard items and add bookmarks.

titleWhy don't I see all dimension members in the POV Bar?

If you do not see the same dimension members in the CXO-Cockpit Point of View Bar as in your source system, the following could be the case:

  • Not all dimension members got loaded from the sourcesystem
  • Security settings prevent you from seeing the whole dimension
  • The POV Bar is limited to a certain level of the dimension hierarchy

Check with the CXO-Cockpit Captain if one of these reasons can be the cause.
